EHF draws on energy healing, breathwork, sound, spiritual psychology, aromatherapy and ego work. The format of your enquiry — a team experience, a talk or a private session — is discussed before booking.

Carl is based on a rural property in Caledon East. In-person work takes place across the GTA and southern Ontario, with on-site corporate and school enquiries welcomed across Ontario.
