Carl is CEO of EHF Holistic Services Canada, trained directly by EHF founder Jinna van Vliet. He brings Energy Healing Facilitation to workplaces, schools, recovery programs and private sessions.

The rural property is home to the Lighthouse cabin and pond, with space for sessions, meditation and gatherings. Corporate and school bookings can also take place at your location across Ontario.

What is Energy Healing Facilitation?
Energy Healing Facilitation (EHF) is a body of work founded by Jinna van Vliet that draws energy healing, breathwork, sound, spiritual psychology, aromatherapy and ego work into one integrated path, taught through a structured curriculum.
What happens at a corporate wellness day?
We design an experiential day for your team — breathwork, sound and guided meditation — shaped to land with people who have never done anything like it before. Book a call and we will build the day around your group.
Do you speak at schools and recovery programs?
Yes. Carl speaks to teens in schools and to residents in recovery and treatment programs as a guest speaker. He does not run a treatment or rehab program — he is brought in to speak.
Where are you located?
We work from a rural property in Caledon East, Ontario, and serve organizations and individuals across the GTA and Ontario. Many sessions and events happen on the property, including at the Lighthouse cabin.
How do retreat pricing and payments work?
All prices are in Canadian dollars and payments run through Square. For retreats, tuition and accommodation are always priced and paid separately — never bundled. Square payments currently display the merchant name Esper.
How do I become an EHF practitioner?
Practitioner training and certification run through EHFpath, the school's dedicated site. Visit ehfpath.com for the curriculum, Levels 1 through 4, and enrolment.
